I Love this Moe's location. Some of the friendliest staff of any restaurant I've been to. The place is always clean...spotless clean. The food is excellent. Fast food prices, table service quality. The owners are super friendly and one of the employees (Christina I believe it is) somehow wraps a burrito better than any Mexican restaurant I've ever been to. I eat here so often it's embarrassing.
One star is being generous. Never again will I go to this Moes. The first time I went I got about 10 pieces of chicken in my burrito and about 6 chips with my meal. Yeasterday I had a coupon and told them I had a coupon for a free drink and queso. My coupon was scanned and showed as being used on my phone but they said it didn't go through on their register and that they don't honor that coupon. But I had already explained ahead of time what the coupon was for and they didn't say anything. So I paid for the drink and said to forget the $1.19 queso. Instead of making the customer happy and just giving me the queso, they threw it in the trash. Great customer service.
Friendly Service Great selection of food tops Taco Bell
Food is very tasty, reasonably priced, nice atmosphere, friendly and patient employees (being it was first time there & not quite sure how or what to order). The Steak Stack was delicious and the queso with nacho chips was a hit.
We've gone here regularly since they opened 10 years ago, never disappoints!
