The thirty minute drink....meaning it takes thirty minute to get one. Don't forget to bring your own utensils, unless you don't mind a dirty fork or two. Waitress never came back to our table after she dropped our first appetizer off, but came to drop the bill. Food was actually good just the service and the experience sucked.
Last week I ordered a pasta off of the 2 for $20 menu and asked for no chicken in my pasta. I haven’t ate meat in a year, the thought of it makes me sick especially while I’m currently pregnant. On one of my last bites I taste a small bit of chicken and I instantly spit it out and picked it out of my teeth. The kitchen should really be careful because next time it could be someone with an allergy. I wanted to like this new Applebee’s but that did it for me, sorry.
We we very satisfied with the quality of the food and the service. They have done a couple of things to improve. The seat fewer customers so that the wait staff and kitchen will not be overwhelmed. They alsogive free chips and salsa if you waited too long to be seated. We waited approximately 15 minutes to get seated and we still received the free chips and salsa.
Worst service we've ever had waited 30 min on appetizers to then only receive one of two with no plates or silver ware. Waitress was ignoring us not letting know anything about our food or that she apologizes for the long wait. Manager had no clue how to resolve our customer service issue. We ended up asking to pay for the one appertizer and 2 sprites that we've ordered. Manager charged us $19.99 even though the appetizer was in the 2 for $25 deal. Needless to say this was the worst appl ebees we have ever been to and we will not come back to this location.
On our way out I overheard another tables comments and it was very unpleasant. Then to top it all off the manager was sitting in the corner at the bar, no she didn't have a drink, but still tend to your customers or there will be many more people with the same experience and unfortunate reviews.
An hour and a half wait for some appetizers. Some people came after us and left before us. We didn’t even get our food, we left because we were so hungry. No compensation, barely a sincere apology.
Saddly we we're not the only table with issues. The table behind us ordered something along the menu with tortilla chips, without being notified got wonton chips instead. The women notified the waitstaff and manager had the nerve to come out with attitude and say "what's the problem?".
