We went here for dinner tonight and from the moment we walked in the door things seemed to go not quite right. It took a little bit to be seated which we understand in terms of not double or triple seating a server and Making Waves in the kitchen which hurts everybody. But then it took a little bit for us to be greeted and get some Waters. The timing of a few things were off and the server made an assumption about sending out a kid meal before the main meal that we weren't Desiring. We talked to management and explained all of our concerns and are ultimately giving a 4 star review because when management originally proposed a solution it was a we'll take care of the appetizer solution. It was fine for us and we were just going to move forward even though we weren't happy with the meal. Then the server came back and mentioned that the manager had decided to take care of the appetizer and the kids meal. And if we wanted a dessert she would give us to us for free. When the manager stopped by the table we mentioned that we weren't feeling a dessert that we were just ready to leave and that we wanted to check. Well just a minute or so past and the manager came back with the dessert all packaged and ready to go home and told us that the meal had been taken care of. Leaving here previously it had excellent service and excellent food and while tonight was definitely not top service or food the solution was top-notch.
My husband and I use to love Chili's before they decided to be "tex-mex". Once they did this I think the quality went way down. We decided to give this location a shot and I found a new love for Chili's again! It seems like they have less tex-mex items and have brought some of the old items back. Their chips are so dang good and I have no idea why. They are thin and warm and just yummy. We have been quite a few times recently and it has been great every time!
Recently they changed their menu and have very few items to choose. Seems like their menu is big only for the summer coz of holidays. Otherwise its one of my fav places to eat
Customer service today was excellent. Our waitress was very pleasant and kept our drinks filled throughout our stay. The game was playing today so if you are wanting to get out if the house this location wasn't packed and it's on all TVs.
Had the double bacon burger ordered medium for take out. It was so dry i needed a drink just to swallow it. The top and bottom of the patty were black and the bacon was thin and flimsy. I'm no food snob, but it was pretty terrible.
