I have been shopping at the Charlotte Russe store at 98-1005 Moanalua Road, Aiea, HI 96701 since it opened in the late 90s and had no problem with the service I received until recently. As of 2008, I noticed whenever I shop at this store I am monitored as if I am a criminal and made to feel unwelcome. I give no one any reason to believe I would do the store or the items in the store any wrong. This makes my shopping experience at Charlotte Russe rather uncomfortable and unpleasing, and I shop at that store pretty often (at least twice a month). This does kind of behavior not only come from the associates, but also the store manager (the lanky filipino with a bob haircut) which is shameful as it is a reflection of the company. I understand everyone has their bad days, but it is an unfortunate coincidence that it is on days and times that I shop at that store. I have no problem with the employees at the other Charlotte Russe store 10 miles away, they are very welcoming and helpful. The only reason I go to the store with rude service is because it is closer to my residence and the rate of clothing turnover is higher.
