Asked to set up auto pay .I didn't know my checking number so I pulled up my bank app on my phone.So the guy that was helping me out OLIV."took the phone out of my hand and was like it's just to confirm".The whole time I was thinking why do u have to look how much is in my account to set up auto pay.Really sketchy feeling.
Been to this t mobile 4 times and they still haven't fixed my problem which they had caused!! Manager said he would call me back to follow up, he never did!! Terrible service!! Also takes them half an hour to an hour just to pay my bill there!! Never going back to this t mobile worst service I've ever gotten from a phone company!!
All sales associates who helped me were excellent and the store was very clean and modern
Terrible service. White tall weird looking ugly guy with glasses and blue eyes and bearded switched my gf phone line with her dads when we were just trying to buy a new phone. Pestering and annoying us trying to buy a new line that night as well. We call customer service 2 hrs later we get her phone turned back on and her dads working finally.
