Just spoke with a woman over the phone trying to get a price quote. She was rude and hurried me off the phone even though they still had 22 minutes until closing. It's ok, I will now take my business to Roys Auto Glass instead. Not only were they pleasant... they gave me a better price to begin with! Ace was more expensive, would have to ship it in and going to charge me additional for the shipping?
Bad attitude staff who know they are getting referrals from auto insurers so they can treat the customer like dirt. Referred once to them and they took over a week to install the window and charged me more than most places in the area, since it was less than $500, my insurance didn't cover it and ace tried to swindle me by letting them re-tint my replaced window. Said they would charge me $70. They didnt know that I got my tint at al's 200ft away and they ended up doing it for $40. 2 stars
Nearly seven years later, I need a window done, (damn thieves) and USAA refers me to ace. I asked for another shop but proglass wasn't on their list. USAA said they would pay for it even tho the deductible was $1000. I called ace and asked when they could fit me in and the staff stated the insurance would'nt cover. I tried explaining that I would handle the cost and my insurer would take care of it with me. She insisted that I was wrong and any work performed would not be reimbursed. Instead of arguing I simply told her I would not prefer to deal with her and her company. Her attitude over the phone was the worst, it tells me the professionalism of her and her company 0 stars
This place needs a new costumer service rep.!! The lady was very rude and unpleasant to talk to you. So very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Can't believe this is still going on after reading the other reviews on this place!
