They try very hard to make their mailer look like an official government mailing, and then in small print note that the product/service has not been endorsed by literally anyone, and they are not part of the government, and that the entire mailing is garbage.
Total scam. They send you publicly available info and then follow-up with a bill that looks like a city/county assessment bill. Unfortunately I know someone (88 years old with memory problems) who just paid it assuming it was legitimate. Hope they sleep well at night :

This is a shady, incredibly scammy business. They sent me a letter with legal warnings on the envelope and the letter inside about the new home I purchased. They had information on the home that is publicly available, and made it seem as though I needed to pay them to get documents from them or I could be subject to legal action.
Homeowners be aware, This is SCAM, appears to be government related but it is a SCAM !!!
