I have been going to Hair Apparent for years. Sam is wonderful with my dog and very kind, courteous, and professional. Would recommend him to anyone and everyone.
As others have stated, don't judge the book by it's cover...place "looks" bad, but found, Sam, the groomer to be pleasant and very good with my dog who is generally stressed during grooming. Sam did a good job with my dog and my dog didn't seem to be stressed or upset at all when I picked him up. I also found Sam's wife, who makes his appointments, an extremely friendly, knowledge, and helpful person. Overall, my experience with Hair Apparent was a good one.
