Called multiple times multiple days multiple weeks in a row to ask a question that isn't covered on the website. Nobody answers. They just make you listen to a long winded recording then tell you press 0 to speak to an operator. You press zero and it puts you on hold and then says we're sorry there's nobody available, please try again later and sends you back to the "main menu" (the long winded recording). Absolutely ridiculous that nobody can answer a freaking phone or that they don't have a help desk.
They say that they support their troops but they don't. I received my tax exempt certificate from my unit which they signed in did everything correctly but I put the wrong date in my portion which was a day later. Single lined it out and put the correct date on there. 2 Days Later I'm finally able to make it down there. After standing in line for an hour and a half made it to the window and they said that I was trying to defraud them and that they were confiscating my certificate. Standing there in uniform with ID card in hand. Obviously I'm not military... bottom line make sure that there are no mistakes on your forms before going in. They don't care and they are not allowed to use discretion or judgment.

Their system is designed to work efficiently and fairly, but it is either broke or mismanaged. It pushed my estimated ticket time back by one hour twice, then canceled it for no reason. So I had to wait in the waiting room until my number should have come up and then I fought my way to the window. What a cluster f%*^!
This branch sucks big time! I remember it used to be fast and efficient so what happened???

I got my ticket and had a 35 minute wait estimated. And then 35 mins later I still have 25 mins left.... Then 25 mins later I still had 45 mins left. Please don't believe me so you can come experience this horribleness for your self.
