I have my own washer and dryer, however it's too small for my comforters. I go to Pearlridge Laundromat Service because they have large industrial sized washers and spinners (great for getting excess water out of your laundry so it can dry faster). It's clean and the workers are helpful. There's a few seats, netflix to help the time go by and a pacman video game. Not bad. There's also a fastfood restaurant, pizza hut, Maruju local and Hawaiian food plate, and Dave's Icecream nextdoor if you're hungry. There's a few other business that are in the area too!
Super pleasant visit! Attendant was very attentive and helpful! She just about took my items and washed them for me. Since I didn't know what machines to use, she helped me load and explained the process to me. It was a bit costly for the large commercial machines at $7.00 a wash, but I was able to wash about 15 tablecloths in one pop! Great deal in my opinion! I'll definitely be back when the need arises! Mahalo!
Some of the staff was nice. Others need to work somewhere that isn't customer service.
Very friendly staff and helpful ✨ Clean, organized, with snacks and TV to help time pass. They also have a laundry spinner that helps your wet laundry dry faster
I stopped going here years ago. I take my laundry with me when I go down to McCully area, and go to Launderland on Beretania near McCully. $2 small load wash. Still 25 cents for 3 minutes of drying, though. : (
I went there for the first time ever at a laundromat! Was clueless on what to do and which machines to use for my large comforter.
This place always uses rising gas prices for an excuse to raise their prices, but never lowered them when the gas prices went down by $2.
I asked the person there who was very rude...I couldn't tell if it was a female or male??? Muscular, thin and no smile! I was never treated so rudely when I asked IT several questions! I will never go there again! She would not let my dog inside even in her dog bag! Total grouch!!! Worst place I ever went to!! Beware of the rude and grouchy IT person!!!
