Excellent care and attention to detail. Very friendly and helpful doctors and staff. Dr. Endo and Dr. Jessica never rush through the appointments, they take the time to explain everything. They stock a good collection of eyeglasses and contacts, all major brands under one roof. The assistants, Irene, Heather, Krisha, and others, are a pleasure to work with. They will continue to be my optometrists for years to come.
They worked well with me being out of pocket as well and were very accommodating for me which I really appreciated. I would definitely return as a patient.
I had the most pleasant and professional eye exam from Dr. Endo II and he answered all my questions about my vision. Krisha, the optometric assistant, was very professional at selecting the right frames and lenses for me. My new glasses fit me perfectly and the customer service is great.
You can tell they've been in business for a long time because the office is a bit cramped and older. The doctor you can tell is a bit of an eclectic collector of things all around the office. But the machinery didn't seem lacking, great visual screens to display your eye images and you get a good feeling that you're in good hands with the staff there.
My first visit was here today. The staff were great, the doctor was very patient and kind and thoroughly explained the health of my eyes and my vision. I left feeling like I knew what was going on with my eyes.
