This place is horrific. They completely ruined my gift. They delievered it 2 days prior to the delievery date. Also they added way way to much "babies breath" to the roses. It looked like babies breath with roses instead of the other way around. The card was hand-written and extremely sloppy at best. Oh, and they completely ruined the message, they added some words that didn't even make sense, and took out some that I wanted in there. I had to verbally explain what the message meant to my Girlfriend because the letter was worded so horribly. The picture on their website and the actually product couldn't be farther from the truth. I will never use this florist again. If I were you I'd think twice about using this florist. You'd be better off picking your own flowers than going here. I was on the phone for 50+ minutes describing excatly what I wanted and how I wanted it arranged, and even spelled out the message to her. Letter by Letter. And this is the result I got. Don't even waste your time. I spent or rather wasted $88 on something that was worth at best $5.
I've used Flowers by Carole two times, once for delivery and one pickup order. Carole took special care to ensure flowers were delivered on time and she always adds that special touch because she seems to sense the importance of the occasion and the role flowers add. Don't let her busy store deceive you, her arrangements are always luscious and spectacular.

Absolute perfection! I was contacted when the exact arrangement I requested was not available and the alternate arrangement that was sent was much nicer than the one I had requested. They made sure to include the colors and types of flowers I wanted and even added extras. The service was impeccable and, after 2 weeks, my sister says that the arrangement is still gorgeous!! Will definitely use them again if the need arises.
