Never on time, staff is very rude, and if you have medicaid the are very selective if the give you an appointment you never get the time you want an if you have an emergency will not fit you in you only can come on the schedulers time. Yet they make you wait when others have an a emergency. They don't care about if you have a tight schedule they are always late. Never went in on time.
Dr Ancheta & her staff are very patient. Another plus is they always call you the day before to confirm your appointment. The staff is very understanding, accommodating and efficient.
My son went here needed 2 root canals and a couple fillings we paid $700 for him to be asleep I am in the waiting room hearing him scream they wouldn't let me in they wouldn't stop they said sometimes kids wake up. Don't use this place it's like torturing your child and they will not let you help your child when they are torturing them. They flat out refused to even let me in there door.
