So this morning, I called for the manager. He listened to my story and said that he didn't know what was going on because he's the morning manager. He offered to give me a credit for my food but I just wanted to let them know that this was unacceptable. There is a ton of cooks in the back, a ton of people working the front counter and no one had the audacity of checking the plates going out!! We take out from The Alley all the time, we know the prices are high, and the food is good. But this time, it was just a bad experience. I don't think I'll be eating there for a while until I cool down.

A fun place to meet up with family & friends!

Only drawback is the noise level. It is located in the bowling alley so there is a lot of background noise. Definitely not an intimate place.

Tasty and unique. Would never have imagined trying ox tail soup in a bowling alley, but it was really good. Garlic shrimp was good also. Neat unique feel. Good place.

The food here is top notch! Staff is wonderful & desserts are too die for! Prices are very reasonable especially considering the portion size. Come with your appetite.

I got their chicken plate and noodles. I wasn't expecting much from their chicken, but WOW. It's right up there with Korean Fried Chicken from Zippys. Good sauce, nice sized pieces. Their fried saimin is good, depending on how you like it. I like mine more savory than sweet. The Alley's noodles are a little more on the sweet side, I think, but they are still pretty good. The portion I though was just a little smaller than expected for the price.

We had the Tirimissu for dessert this time. WOW! Best on the island! My husband was stationed in Italy & said it tastes just like the real thing!

I ordered a garlic shrimp bowl, a hamburger steak plate, fried calamari, house salad and onion rings which cost me $48.20. When my husband brought the food home, I was surpised to find only 4 pieces of shrimp in the bowl. I knew it was pricey but come on now, 4 pieces of shrimp! I got on the phone and was asking if 4 pieces of shrimp was the normal portion for the bowl and he said yes. Then he said that if I ordered the plate, I would get 8 but at $17 a plate. I was furious about it and hung up. Then my husband opened up his hamburger steak plate only to find NO gravy!! I immediately got back on the phone and this time I spoke with a girl. Told her the gravy issue and she said she thought she put the gravy in the plate. Well obviously, she didn't. She repeatly apologized and asked if I wanted to come back and pick it up. I told her no cause I was furious about the 4 pieces of shrimp from the beginning. I know she was apologetic but I just need to speak with the manager. She said he was busy and asked for my phone number and that he would call be back. Well, I waited and waited. No call. I knew he wasn't going to call.

Had the tasty chicken salad and it was delicious! The Thai dressing wasnt overwhelming with ginger like I'm used to. It totally complimented the chicken. Veggies were fresh and crisp. We also indulged in the mega crispy fries and onion rings. Of course it was a generous portion and even after we got home it was crunchy and delicious. For dessert we had the pumpkin crunch and it was amazing. I love the light pumpkin filling and the crust was roll your eyes back delicious!

I was also able to taste their onion rings, fries, and burger here. All were very delicious, the burger tasted homemade.

The Lemon Crunch is probably the best cake ever, anywhere. Lol.

I always knew about this place, and someone has always brought their cakes to family gatherings but I never had to opportunity to actually eat here until now.

Before leaving, I purchased a Lemon Crunch and Strawberry Crunch cake slice. When I got home I had a Pumpkin Crunch instead of the Strawberry Crunch and I was super bummed, but then I tasted the Pumpkin Crunch and was pleasantly surprised. My mom makes Pumpkin Crunch ever holiday season and I love her version, this was a step down from mom's and most definitely better than the one from Starbucks or anywhere else that I have had it.

I eventually made it back there another time to have their Strawberry Crunch, and you know what? It was pretty disappointed. It was very much like strawberry shortcake, but not enough strawberry glaze or filling for me. Plus, I didn't think that it paired well with the delicious caramelized crunchy bits on top.
